Hi. I'm Philip. I'm the owner Kiwi FixIt Service, proudly serving homeowners central Seattle and nearby neighborhoods.

My path into handyman work started through years of hands-on experience helping family, friends, and neighbors with repairs, home projects, and irrigation systems. After consistently being told there was a real need for someone reliable and honest, I decided to turn that work into a business.

I'm originally from New Zealand, and I've spent over three decades working as a fisherman and farmer. Those careers demanded problem-solving, creativity, and the ability to fix things in real-world conditions—whether it was repairing fishing equipment, troubleshooting water systems, or keeping machinery running with limited resources. That mindset still defines how I approach every job today.

I handle a wide range of home repairs and improvements, but my favorite work is irrigation. I really enjoy the challenge of designing efficient systems and working outdoors to bring them to life. No matter the project, my focus is on practical solutions, quality workmanship, and clear communication.

At home, I work on projects with my family, always improving and learning. And when I'm not fixing something, you'll find me fishing. Sometimes commercially in the Bering Sea or spending time teaching my son how to fish back in New Zealand.
